Getting back in the saddle ....

 

So I have picked up my needle in so long, I honestly couldn't even tell you the last project I worked on, starting my nursing degree, running my home and raising three kids there just hasn't been enough time. However after hitting a rough patch recently I found myself reaching for my needle again and starting a project I've had on standby for so long now and have found it very therapeutic.

My Husband is a big Southend United fan and several years ago I had the photo above of their football ground Roots Hall, converted into a pattern and I recently got it kitted up and finally made a start a week ago.
